Player Registration Form

All players are required to complete their online club registration. Choose the appropriate link to register child players (up to and including U18s) and adult players.

After you submit the form you will receive an automated email response so you can check the details you entered and if necessary go back and make any corrections. The details you supply will only be used by club officials for the purpose of managing your club membership and communication with you regarding club and team matters. None of your data will be shared with third parties and it will be destroyed at the end of the playing season.

Photo ID

In order to play in league matches every player is required to submit an up to date passport style photo ID. A new photo is required each season. These will be collected by your Team Manager. If you have not played for Mytchett Athletic before then you will also need to supply a proof of age document, such as passport or birth certificate. Our Registration Secretary will email you directly if this is required.

Please note that players will not be eligible to play in matches until club and league registration is complete and fees are paid.

Welcome Pack

To help provide you with all the important information you require we have produced a Welcome Pack which can be downloaded here. (The Welcome Pack will be updated for 2019 following the Club AGM in June)

Please act early and contact us so that we may help, and don’t allow a situation to develop where we may have to suspend a player from football at the club.

If you need assistance please email

Player Fines

Any player that is issued a yellow or red card during a match will be subject to a fine, imposed by Surrey FA, and a possible playing suspension. Parents are responsible for any fines incurred by child players under the age of 18.

Before You Register

Please take a moment to read the FA Codes of Conduct. We expect all players, spectators and club officials to conduct themselves in keeping with the spirit of the game. Contravention may result in expulsion from the club.

Watch the FA Respect Campaign Video featuring Ray Winstone. This type of over-zealous, aggressive behaviour is exactly what we DON’T want to see.

We take the responsibility of coaching your children seriously, and it’s important you know what to expect from us. That’s why we have a Club Ethos and Coaching Philosophy. Please have a read and feel free to ask any questions.

Child Safeguarding

The safety and welfare of the children is paramount. Every one of our FA qualified coaches and all of our committee have undertaken Child Safeguarding training. The club’s Child Safeguarding Policy explains how we expect our club officials to act at all times. If you have any concerns over the welfare of children at the club, please contact Sian Ramsden, our Club Welfare Officer (CWO) in the first instance

For more information on Child Safeguarding please visit the FA website

The FA has produced a short film to help explain how you can report any concerns about a child.

Data Privacy

From May 25th 2018 new legislation came into enforcement for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The club committee had to make some changes to how we collect and process your data. For more details please visit our Privacy Policy page.
